Off-Campus Housing Fair, Spring 2008

On February 13, 2008 from 11AM-4PM Off-Campus Student Services will hold its first Housing Fair in the Ballroom of the Student Union. This is the first off-campus housing fair held by Off-Campus Student Services and we want to make it something to remember. Local landlords will be available to talk about their apartments and a variety of UConn offices will be present to help you transition off-campus. Also, there will be a variety of give-aways, food, live music, and chances to win fabulous prizes.

• Come get a free t-shirt, Munson’s chocolate and more!
• Enter for a chance to win a $100 gas card, iPod, $500 IKEA gift certificate, or 40” TV!
• Meet local landlords and talk about their apartment offerings!
• Talk to property managers from area apartment complexes like Carriage House, Celeron Square, DeBoer Apartments, Mount Vernon Apartments, New England Realty, Stonemill Properties, Walden Apartments, Woodhaven Apartments, and more!
• Speak with UConn and town offices who want to make your off-campus living experience as fun and safe as possible such as UConn’s Off-Campus Student Services, Nutrition & Wellness, the Town of Mansfield’s Building & Housing Inspection Office, and others!
• Listen to live jazz!
